PRODUCT SUPPORT
The quickest way to return your item(s) is to contact us via telephone: 01 513 3143 or send a message through our Contact Us page to request a return authorisation. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for return.
Please note: Our warehouse returns address is in the UK. For change of mind/cancellation return costs are paid for by the buyer.
In addition to our satisfaction promise you can return any item(s) you are not entirely happy with within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
Item(s) returned to us must be in their original condition as when they were received, please ensure all packaging, fixings and fitting instructions (where included) are returned, only once we have received all item(s) will we be able to issue a refund or dispatch replacement(s).
Good’s returned to us are the responsibility of the buyer until they reach our warehouse. Please package the item(s) securely to avoid damage. Please return all item(s) using a recorded or courier delivery service that insures the full value of the goods being returned.
For returns made outside the Consumer Contracts Regulations, please contact us to see how we can help you. In all cases the buyer is responsible for the return postage charge. We also accept cancelled orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
